Our shipping department are on top of things as we ship daily and your order is sent out within 1-2 days. If you have ordered same day before we’ve sent out our packages then you can expect your order to be shipped same day. Except Sunday. “No post on Sundays.”

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

International Shipping

We do ship internationally. When checking out make sure to select the international shipping. It, typically, takes 7-14 business days for you to receive your product; unfortunately, please understand that we do not have any control over the length of time for shipping or over your country’s customs. We are not responsible for any customs fees. Please check with your country before ordering if unsure.


Return Policy for Online Customer Sales Only
We ONLY accept returns on Herbal Face Food Products. Exfoliants, cloths, and Jo Browne Perfumes are Non-Refundable for hygienic reasons.
There is a 15% restocking fee + cost of original shipping for returning unused product.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your Herbal Face Food™ purchase, simply return the unused portion, and we will be happy to exchange your item or remit your account for the full amount of your purchase price *minus restocking and shipping fee or if falls into category below. We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of your invoice date.

1. Contact us with your reason for your return or exchange at Please make sure to attach your original invoice.
2. Returns and exchanges must be received within 30 days after product is purchased, which will be determined by your invoice date.
3. A RMA number will be issued once the return request has been e-mailed and we will respond with the mailing address and directions for your return/exchange.
4. Refunds will be issued within 7-10 days after approval. Exchanges will be shipped 3-5 days after product is received.
5. Refund/replacement for Defective/Broken product can only be granted for:
Product(s) with unbroken seal(s)
Request submitted within 3 days after the product has been received

*We will NOT refund or exchange the following:

  • All special promotion items
  • 5% Returning Customer Discounts
  • Distribution through illegal channels – unauthorized sellers
  • Items sold under the RRP (recommended retail price).
  • Exfoliants, cloths, and Jo Browne Perfumes are Non-Refundable for hygienic reasons.

Back- Orders

Because all of our products are hand-made (with love) there may, very very rarely, be a delay in shipment. We make our products fresh and we sell out very quickly.
